HOW CAN I CHECK AVAILABILITY
Our tours depart every day of the year except Sundays (only available on special request) , Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. You can check real-time availability for the tours up until 24 hours before departures.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK
Due to the growing demand for our tours, the sooner you book, the better. If you're 100% convinced about choosing us to show you the best of Adelaide and South Australia, don't wait too long because we can fill up quickly. HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY RESERVATION
All bookings are handled directly through our webpage. Once you select your tour, you can check availability and then proceed to checkout with any major credit card or Paypal.
IS PAYING ONLINE SAFE
Yes. Our payment and booking platform is administrated by Paypal and Stripe, both globally trusted payment platforms. Data transferred is encrypted, there are several anti-fraud measures in place and online retailers and third parties do not have access to any credit card information or other sensitive data.
CAN I PAY IN CASH ON THE SAME DAY OF THE TOUR
Unfortunately not. Tour reservations are confirmed upon payment via our online payment platform with any major credit card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations after 48 hours before the tour will not receive a refund.
CAN I TAKE THE TOUR IF I AM TRAVELING ALONE
Absolutely! Single travellers are more than welcome on our tours. Each of our tours require a minimum number of people to operate, however in general, when the tour meets that minimum, single travellers can join the group.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
We do require a two-person minimum on all of our gourmet food tours. In general, this minimum is met and groups depart on the scheduled days.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE TOUR
Groups on average are around 2-4 people. Of course, larger groups, private groups, and special events are welcome and will be conducted by separate arrangement.

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE GROUPS
We are happy to host larger groups and special events. Depending on the group size and requirements, we can also modify the activities to cater to the clients' needs . Contact us for more information at
ARE THE TOURS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN
Children are more than welcome on private tours, however, we recommend with our small group tours, children be a minimum of 16 years of age. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
DO I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO TAKE A TOUR ON A LAYOVER IN ADELAIDE
To make it on time to join our tours, pick up time at city hotels is between 9:30am and 9:45am. The tour ends around 2:15 PM and you can allow approximately 40 minutes to drive to the airport from the last stop on the tour.
HOW CAN I ARRANGE A TOUR FROM THE CRUISE SHIP AT OUTER HARBOUR
Adelaide CBD is a 35 min taxi ride ($52-$72) and can be organised on cruise ship days. An alternative is to head to the train station approximately 200 metres from the terminal, and catch a train to the city station on North Terrace. The train departs Outer Harbour train station from 7:30am every half hour and the journey is 40 minutes to Adelaide CBD. Tickets are available at the station, on board the train or at the city station in either direction. As most cruise ships arrive early in the morning, a 9:30am pickup in front of the Stamford Plaza - 150 North Terrace, Adelaide is an easy option for our cruise guests. The Stamford Plaza is located across the street from the Adelaide Train Station. When booking online please ensure you alert us as being a cruise guest for pickup purposes.
MENUS AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS
DO YOU ACCOMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETS
Absolutely! Vegetarians, vegans, lactose-free, gluten-free guests and other special requests can be accommodated. We ask that you please notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking as we coordinate all alternative menus in advance with our food providers and partnering restaurants.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE THE FOOD AND DRINKS
Yes. Tours include a local expert, all food and drink in the program, entrance fees and tips at the restaurants. If you loved the culinary experience, tips for our guides are not included so feel free - they sure do appreciate it!
ARE TOURS SUITABLE FOR ME EVEN IF I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL
Yes. Adelaide has a variety of wonderful, non-alcoholic beverages that we can also offer you during the tours. The gin or wine tastings in our tours are only part of our gourmet experience.
HOW SAFE IS THE FOOD AND WATER FOR VISITORS FROM OVERSEAS
Health standards in Australia are very high. All food, beverages and water can be consumed without any concern.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE TOURS
The tours are generally casual and the tours include some walking, therefore you will want to make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes. The venues we visit are up market and therefore it would be preferable to avoid running shoes if possible, but not a requirement. The overall dress code would be something akin to smart casual, but as long as you're comfortable, we're happy to have you on our tours.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
We do offer discounts for groups of six passengers or more. If you are a travel agency or are organising a big group tour, please contact us for tailor-made solutions and special rates.
